Maintenance and Care of the Clutch

Regularly check the free play of the clutch pedal to ensure it is within the normal range. 

If the free play is too large, the clutch will not disengage completely; 

if it is too small, the clutch will slip, accelerating the wear of the friction plate.

Pay attention to observe the wear condition of the clutch disc. 

When the clutch disc is worn to a certain extent, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner. 

Methods for judging the wear of the clutch disc include: 

observing whether there is a slipping phenomenon when the vehicle starts, 

that is the engine speed rises but the vehicle speed increases slowly; 

checking whether there is gear - grinding during gear shifting; 

listening for any abnormal noises when the clutch is in operation, etc.

Keep the clutch operating mechanism clean and lubricated to prevent rust and jamming, 

ensuring the clutch pedal operates flexibly. At the same time, 

regularly check the fluid level and quality of the clutch hydraulic system. 

Add fluid in a timely manner when it is insufficient, and replace the fluid when it deteriorates.
